The floral industry is full of single use plastics and massive carbon footprints with flowers flown into the UK from all over the world. We have vowed never to use floral foam or imported flowers. Anything that isn't biodegradable will be re-used time and time again. If additional flowers are required for an event they will be sourced from other local, like minded growers. Flowers shouldn't cost us the earth.
Fletchers Garden Flowers is run by Sarah and a team of freelance florists who's expertise and help we call on for special events.
Sarah started her career as a cabinet maker and she now works as a part-time Project Manager for a super-prime furniture maker whilst growing the farm, literally. Her dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is at the core of the business.
Sarah has been passionate about growing plants and gardening for over 20 years. She lives on a canal boat on The Thames with her partner and boat cat Bill and has a collection of allotments where she sows, grows and nurtures her plants. Sarah started her small business in 2024 out of that passion and has decided to expand ready for the 2025 season.
